Delivery Policy

EUROPEAN UNION SHIPMENTS

Simply select your desired delivery option at checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated. Please note that home delivery might be subject to the service provider of each country. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

For all EU based orders made before 4pm, we’ll aim to get the order dispatched within the following working day and delivery may take 2-8 working days depending on the postal address. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EU

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. OJO Sunglasses cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cut-offs fees may be. OJO Sunglasses is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office.

Please note that for orders that are refused to be picked up by the receiver, they will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and are not eligible for any refund or so. .

CYPRUS & GREECE SHIPMENTS

For all Cyprus and Greece based orders made before 4pm, we’ll aim to get the order dispatched within the following working day and delivery may take 2-5 days (not including Saturday and Sunday). We aim to provide to all of our customers free home delivery. However, home delivery might not be available in some locations in Cyprus, which can be viewed at https://gapakisexpress.com/stores. In areas where home delivery is not possible, pick up services are offered with other AKIS EXPRESS Agents.

FREE HOME DELIVERY

For all Cyprus and Greece orders, we offer free delivery for orders over €50. For orders below €50, the cost of delivery is €5.

For countries inside the European Union (excluding Cyprus and Greece), we offer free delivery for orders over €90. For orders below €90, the cost of delivery is €10.

For countries outside the European Union, we offer free delivery for orders over €90. Please note that for delivery made outside of the EU, any customs charges, import fees are borne by the customer.

FREE RETURNS

Don’t worry… you have 21 days to change your mind!

We understand that sometimes something doesn’t work for you and you want to return your purchase. Now, in order to offer you more flexibility, we are offering a free return service within 21 days of the shipping date (delivery time is included within that time).
For all Cyprus and Greece orders, we offer free return for orders over €50. For orders below €50, the shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer.

For countries inside the European Union (excluding Cyprus and Greece), we offer free return for orders over €90. For orders below €90, the shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer.

For countries outside the European Union, we offer free return for orders over €90. For orders below €90, the shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer. Please note that for returns made outside of the EU, any customs charges, import fees or taxes have to be prepaid by the sender. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, OJO sun&glasses has the right to refuse the refund or else.

Request a free delivery label

To request your Free Return Label, click the button below and fill out the electronic form. After receiving your request, we will email you the label. We will reply to your request within 2 working days.

After these 21 days?

After these 21 days, we cannot offer you a free return or a refund. We suggest to complete the electronic form, stating in the comment section the reason for returning. OJO sun&glasses has the right to refuse the refund or else.

We don’t accept returns for items after the period mentioned above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

You can return your purchase to one of the two locations listed below, depending on the country you are based.

From Cyprus or any other European/non European country* (excluding Greece), please send it to:

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All OJO physical stores honor a 14 day product return or exchange policy from the date of purchase. For orders made online via eshop, there is a 21 day product return or exchange policy from the date of sending you the order (delivery time is included within that time).

The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with its original “proof of purchase receipt”. Upon returning an item to a physical store, a store credit note (valid for 6 months) can be issued. If the purchase is made via eshop, a money refund option is available. In the case of a store credit note being claimed, and the new pair of the chosen sunglasses is lesser value than the credit note itself, no cash change will be paid back. However, a new credit note will be issued to the value of the outstanding amount of change owing.

Eshop refunds can take up to 14 working days, upon receiving your request. If you have paid upon delivery, please include a printed IBAN certificate from your Bank.

The exchange on return policy does not apply to the following items:

• Accessories.
• Sunglasses with lenses installed by an outside source..
• Sunglasses with optical lenses (only with the original lenses).
• Optical glasses.
• Contact lenses & Contact lenses solutions.

*This policy is not applicable for damaged items.
