Shipping
Shipments within the European Union
Simply select your desired shipping method during your purchase and the shipping cost will be calculated automatically. Please note that home delivery is subject to the service provider of each country you will be shipping to. Deliveries to remote locations may take longer to deliver.
All orders for EU countries placed before 4pm are dispatched the next working day. Their delivery time is between 2-8 working days, depending on the location. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
International shipments outside the European Union
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are imposed once your package reaches the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. OJO cannot estimate the cost of customs duties, taxes or excise duties. OJO is not responsible for paying customs duties, taxes and duties.

Please note that orders not received by the recipient are charged the original shipping cost plus return shipping to us and cannot be refunded or refunded.
Shipments to Cyprus and Greece
All orders for Cyprus and Greece placed before 4pm are dispatched the next working day. Delivery time is from 2-5 days (Saturday and Sunday are not included).
Although we provide all our customers with free home delivery, this may not be available in some locations in Cyprus. To find out which areas of Cyprus home delivery may not be available, please visit https://gapakisexpress.com/stores. In areas where home delivery is not possible, collection services are offered with other AKIS EXPRESS agents.
Delivery and Returns of OJO Online Orders
Free Home Delivery
For all orders from Cyprus and Greece, we offer free delivery for orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping cost is €5.
For countries within the European Union (except Cyprus and Greece), we offer free delivery for orders over €90. For orders under €90, the shipping cost is €10.
For countries outside the European Union, we offer free delivery for orders over €90. Please note that for delivery outside the EU, any customs charges and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Return
We understand that sometimes you want to return your purchase for various reasons. In order to give you even more flexibility, we have implemented a free return policy for your purchase within 21 days of the date your package was dispatched (delivery time is included within this time).
For all orders over €50 for Cyprus and Greece, we offer free returns. For purchases under €50, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For all orders over €90 in EU countries (except Cyprus and Greece), we offer free returns. For purchases under €90, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For countries outside the European Union, we offer free returns for orders over €90. For orders below €90, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please note that for returns made outside the EU, any customs charges, import fees or taxes must be prepaid by the sender. If your refund does not meet the conditions listed, OJO has the right to refuse your refund.
Simply complete the ‘OJO FREE RETURN FORM’ found in your package and send it in with the product(s) you are returning. If for any reason you want to print this form again, just click here to download it.
To request your free return label, click below and fill out the online form. After we receive your request, we will email you the label. We will respond to your request within 2 business days.
What happens after 21 days?
After these 21 days, we cannot offer you a free return or refund. We suggest that you complete the online form, mentioning the reason for the return in the comments section. The has the right to refuse a refund.
We do not accept returns for products after the period stated above. If you attempt to make a return without meeting the above, we may send the package back to you and cover the delivery costs.
Where do I send my return?
You can return your purchase to one of the two locations listed below, depending on the country you are in.
From Cyprus or another European or non-European country (outside of Greece):

OJO Return Policy
For purchases made in a physical OJO store, your point of contact will be the specific store where you purchased your glasses. In case your purchase has been made through our online store, your point of contact is the OJO online store.
OJO Return Policy for purchases through the online store
For orders placed online via eshop, there is a return, exchange or refund policy within 21 days from the date your order was dispatched (including delivery time within this time). The product must not have been used and must be returned in the original packaging in which it was purchased, together with the original “proof of purchase”. Otherwise, the product return or exchange policy cannot be applied.
Eshop refunds can take up to 14 working days after we receive your request. If you have paid by bank order, please include an IBAN certificate from your bank.
OJO Returns Policy for physical store purchases
All OJO physical stores apply a product return or exchange policy for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must not have been used and must be returned in the original packaging in which it was purchased, together with the original “proof of purchase”. Otherwise, the product return or exchange policy cannot be applied.
With the return of the product, the store can issue a credit note (valid for 3 months). In the event that the credit note is presented and the pair of sunglasses/glasses selected is of less value than the credit note amount, no cash refunds will be issued. However, a new credit note is issued for the remaining amount. No refunds.
The return or exchange policy does not apply to the following products:
- Accessory.
- Sunglasses/optics with lenses fitted by third parties.
- Sunglasses/optics with prescription lenses (original lenses only).
- The policy does not apply to damaged products.
OJO Limited Warranty Duration 24 months
OJO sunglasses/optics are manufactured to the strictest European manufacturing standards. As such, OJO fully respects national laws and regulations governing consumer protection in each country in which it operates, while offering a limited manufacturer’s warranty against any manufacturing defects.
OJO Limited Warranty Terms
The limited warranty offered by OJO to its customers is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. The company declares that its products have no manufacturing defects in terms of build quality and the various materials used to create the OJO sunglasses/optics are authentic.
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Scratches or stains on the lenses
- Unauthorized conversions, including alteration or replacement of lenses by third parties such as opticians or other third party optical or sunglass companies.
- Broken, scratched or damaged frames or handles due to negligence, accidents, failure to use the protective case provided with the OJO glasses, daily “wear and tear” or improper use of the OJO sunglasses or optical frames.
OJO Warranty Procedures
For purchases made in store, your point of contact will be the store where you purchased your glasses. Proof of purchase (within 24 months from date of purchase) is required in order for us to assist you in resolving any issue regarding defects or damage. Depending on the procedure required to resolve the issue, our service department will replace either the lenses or parts of the frame and/or grips accordingly. Please note that depending on the reason or cause of the problem or issue that has arisen, there may be a charge.
If the conditions for OJO’s limited warranty apply, we will replace your pair of sunglasses/glasses. If the particular model is no longer available, you will be able to choose any other available pair of sunglasses of the same value as the pair of sunglasses/glasses you are returning, or a credit note will be issued for the full value of the product at the time of the new purchase.
